Health and Safety of Industrial Sand Workers

Compliance with federal, state and local regulations is central to each NISA member's programs to assure achievement of health and safety objectives. Individual companies also participate voluntarily in an occupational health program of the National Industrial Sand Association, the goal of which is to prevent the development of silicosis among member company employees.
